Logotherapy

Logotherapy or meaning therapy is a way of looking at life crisis to find meaning and purpose in each and every moment of the life. This therapy is branch of existential psychotherapy rooted in existential philosophy.

The highlight of the Logotherapy is that life has meaning in every moment of and Human beings are responsible for it. since the foundation of this therapy is based on the free will and the will power of each and everyone of us.  

Parenting sessions

Parenting is challenging and rewarding at the same time. However, we need to prepare our kids for the future with contemporary but authentic style of parenting.

Follow up sessions

Once you received your main therapy sessions, you will be seen and monitored by the psychotherapist to make sure no relapse happened  after the course of the therapy finished, specifically after you face new life challenges .

Major Depression for example, needs at least 15 weekly sessions followed by monthly follow up sessions for at least 6 month.  the goal is to make the client independent from the therapist.
